In a world focused on the well-being of others, it can be difficult to look inward. Individual therapy gives us the opportunity to get to know ourselves in a safe environment that is solely focused on you. I work with adults, adolescents, and children who would are interested in working on a variety of concerns such as relationship issues, domestic violence, trauma, etc. During difficult times of transition, seeking help to solidify our identity and create positive relationships may be the first step towards recovery.
